Ms. Donald also has experience with the following:
- Leading teams in the implementation of strategies that improve productivity while meeting operating and fiscal targets; with Grady Health System, served as Administrative Director of Ambulatory Care Services, directing the operations of eight facilities and four primary care clinics on the main campus- serving 62,000 patients annually, sustaining $12M in revenue.
- Successfully establishing relationships and motivating teams to produce consistent leadership results within Texas Health Resources, Grady Health System, Community Health Partners and Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University.
- Building and leading highly effective teams, including the successful recruitment of highly qualified medical professionals spanning multiple disciplines. Successfully recruiting Medical Directors for all Ambulatory departments: Vein, Senior Health & Wellness, Executive Health and Occupational Health Clinics for Texas Health Resources.
- Coordinating and leading capital projects, expense management, P&L, revenue, operational performance, contract management, and patient satisfaction across multiple facilities. Most recently with successful ribbon cutting for 300M surgical bed tower scheduled to open 2021.
